Who can take part
- You were diagnosed with type 1 diabetes within the last 100 days.
- You have at least one marker in your blood showing your immune system attacked your pancreas.
- Your body still makes a small amount of insulin (measured by a C-peptide test).
- You weigh at least 18 pounds (8 kilograms).
- You do not have other types of diabetes, uncontrolled high blood pressure, serious heart problems, blood clots, or recent serious infections.
