Who can take part

  • You have a neurological disease like Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, frontotemporal dementia, ALS, or a similar condition involving abnormal protein buildup in the brain.
  • You have a caregiver who can help with your treatment and, if needed, make medical decisions for you.
  • Your doctor confirms you can understand and agree to the study on your own, and you are willing to sign the consent form.
  • You do not have seizures, epilepsy, uncontrolled depression or bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, alcoholism, or drug addiction.
  • You do not have metal implants in your head (except dental implants), uncontrolled high blood pressure, an implanted medication pump (unless cleared by your doctor), or significant heart disease.
