Fludarabine dosing study for B-cell ALL

B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Who can take part

  • You are getting a CAR T-cell therapy called tisagenlecleucel (Kymriah) for your B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
  • You weigh more than 9 kilograms (about 20 pounds).
  • Your liver, kidneys, heart, and lungs are working well enough (doctors will check with blood tests and scans).
  • You are generally active and able to do daily activities (doctors will ask about your energy level).
  • You and your family agree to take part in the study and sign the consent forms.
