Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You do not have obesity (body mass index 30 or lower).
  • You have been physically inactive for the last 6 months (less than 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week and less than 2 days of strength training per week).
  • You own a smartphone and are willing to download and use the study’s mobile apps.
  • You do not have a chronic health condition (like heart disease or diabetes), are not pregnant or planning pregnancy, do not use nicotine products, and have not had a recent head injury or concussion.
