NBTXR3 plus radiation for inoperable lung cancer

This trial tests a new drug called NBTXR3, which makes cancer cells more sensitive to radiation. You'll get one injection of NBTXR3 into your lung tumor, followed by standard radiation. It is for people with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer who cannot have surgery.

Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You have non-small cell lung cancer (Stage I, II, or III) that cannot be removed with surgery (or you choose not to have surgery).
- You are well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score of 0-2).
- You have not had radiation to the lung or chest before (radiation for other areas like breast is okay).
- You can have a small injection of the study drug (NBTXR3) into the tumor, either through a bronchoscope or a CT-guided needle.
- You have not had more than one type of systemic therapy (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, etc.) and none within the last 4 weeks.
