Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old
  • If you have type 2 diabetes, you have been diagnosed for at least 6 months and on the same medicines for 6 months
  • You have not had a heart attack or stroke in the last year
  • You do not have severe high blood pressure (over 160/90) or heart failure
  • You have not smoked or used tobacco in the last 6 months
