Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • You have mild to moderate sleep troubles but are otherwise healthy
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 35
  • You do not smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs, and have no serious medical conditions
  • You exercise less than 1 hour per week and have a regular sleep schedule (no night shifts or recent long trips)
