Who can take part

  • You are 65 years of age or older.
  • You live at or attend the Kadıköy Municipality Social Life House.
  • You can take care of your own daily activities (like bathing, dressing, eating, walking).
  • You do not have a serious heart, lung, brain, or bone/joint problem that would make exercise unsafe.
  • You are willing to participate and can provide written consent.
  • Your thinking and memory are good enough to understand and follow the exercise program.
