Lung medication with different oxygen levels for premature babies

Who can take part

  • Your baby is a very premature newborn (born before 32 weeks of pregnancy).
  • Your baby has signs of breathing problems and needs breathing help, such as a gentle mask or nasal prongs.
  • Your baby does NOT need a breathing tube (mechanical ventilation) right after birth or within the first 2 hours.
  • Your baby does NOT have serious health issues like a collapsed lung, complex heart defect, or other major birth problems.
  • You have given your permission for your baby to join the study.
