Who can take part

  • You must have a clear NF1 gene change (mutation) in your melanoma, not a 'variant of unknown significance.'
  • You should have already had at least one type of immunotherapy (like anti-PD-1/PD-L1, anti-CTLA-4, or anti-LAG3), unless your doctor says these treatments are not safe or suitable for you.
  • Your melanoma must be growing or getting worse at the time you join the study.
  • You cannot have had a MEK, ERK, or RAF inhibitor drug (like trametinib or vemurafenib) before.
  • You must have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts, and heart) and no major eye problems or severe heart disease.
  • If you have brain metastases, they must be small (under 6 mm), not require steroid treatment, and not cause symptoms.
