Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 40 years old.
- You are a recreational or competitive athlete with jumper's knee (pain in the tendon below the kneecap) for at least 3 months.
- The diagnosis has been confirmed by an ultrasound.
- You feel pain when doing activities that load the knee tendon, such as jumping, running, or squatting.
- You can do a maximum strength test of your thigh muscle.
