Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18 to 70.
  • You have early-stage or locally advanced breast cancer that can be operated on, with a tumor larger than 2 cm.
  • Your tumor is HER2-positive (a specific protein test).
  • Your tumor is stage II to IIIc, meaning it hasn't spread to distant organs.
  • You agree to provide tumor tissue and blood samples for research.
  • You have good organ function, including heart, liver, kidney, and blood counts.
