Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with a chronic subdural hematoma (a gradual blood collection on the brain) through a CT scan or MRI.
  • Your doctor has decided to manage your hematoma without surgery for now.
  • You are currently taking aspirin regularly.
  • You are not taking other blood thinners or anti-clotting drugs that cannot be paused.
  • You do not have a bleeding disorder like hemophilia or very low platelets.
