Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have moderate to severe muscle weakness (MGFA class II to IV).
  • You tested positive for AChR antibodies in your blood.
  • You have tried at least two conventional immunosuppressants and one biologic medication (such as efgartigimod, rituximab, or eculizumab) and still have significant symptoms (MG-ADL score of 6 or higher).
  • You have been on stable doses of your current medications for at least 1 month (steroids), 3 months (immunosuppressants), or 2 weeks (pyridostigmine) before entering the trial.
  • You have not received a live vaccine, certain other biologics, or rescue therapies like plasma exchange or intravenous immunoglobulin within the required time frames before enrollment.
