Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have cancer and are about to start immunotherapy (alone or as a combination) for the first time.
- Or you have one of these autoimmune diseases: lupus, Sjögren's syndrome, scleroderma, or inflammatory myopathy.
- You are not expected to have less than 3 months to live.
- You are not taking high-dose steroids (more than 10 mg of prednisone daily) or other treatments that strongly suppress your immune system.
- For the cancer group: you have not had chemotherapy or other tumor-specific treatments along with immunotherapy.
