Who can take part
- You are at least 20 years old.
- You have drug-resistant epilepsy, meaning seizures continue despite trying at least two anti-seizure medications (one must be a standard first-line drug).
- You have 3 or more seizures per month for the last 3 months, and your medication doses have been stable during that time.
- You can undergo an MRI scan and the ultrasound procedure, which requires lying still for 2-3 hours.
- You are willing to keep a seizure diary and attend all study visits.
- You do not have other serious health problems like heart disease, bleeding disorders, brain tumors, or certain implants.
