Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have drug-resistant temporal lobe epilepsy, with seizures that affect awareness, and have tried at least two anti-seizure medicines without enough control.
- Have about 1–2 seizures per month on average, and be able to track them reliably (you or a caregiver).
- Be able to understand and sign the consent form and cooperate with study testing.
- Be able to get a brain MRI (no implanted metal that makes MRI unsafe, and you can lie still for it).
