  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have epilepsy that doesn't respond to anti-seizure medications (drug-resistant epilepsy)
  • MRI scans show a specific brain lesion causing your seizures
  • You are not a good candidate for traditional brain surgery (due to location, depth, or personal choice)
  • You have no metal implants in your brain or skull, and no MRI contraindications
  • You are not pregnant and can use contraception if of childbearing age
