Who can take part
- Age 21 or younger
- Has CD19-positive B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma that is hard to treat or has returned
- Has a family member who is at least half-matched and willing to donate stem cells
- Heart, kidney, and liver function are adequate
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding, and willing to use birth control if sexually active
