Who can take part

  • You must be under 21 years old.
  • Your leukemia must test positive for CD19, CD22, or both within the last 2 months, even after receiving other treatments targeting these markers.
  • You must have had a second or later relapse, or a relapse after a stem cell transplant, or leukemia that did not go away with treatment.
  • You must have a life expectancy greater than 12 weeks (for collection) and 8 weeks (for treatment).
  • You must be in fairly good health, with a performance score of at least 50 (able to do most daily activities with some help).
  • Your heart, kidneys, lungs, and liver must work well enough based on specific tests.
