Who can take part

  • Be age 24 or younger and have CD19+ and CD22+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia
  • Have high-risk or relapsed leukemia, such as resistant disease, measurable “MRD” leukemia, or relapse with certain high-risk genetics
  • Be able to go through the cell-collection process called leucapheresis
  • Have adequate strength/function (Lansky/Karnofsky score must be above 50)
  • Not have active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV infection
  • Not be pregnant or breastfeeding; agree to pregnancy testing and reliable birth control if applicable
