Who can take part
- Be age 24 or younger and have CD19+ and CD22+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia
- Have high-risk or relapsed leukemia, such as resistant disease, measurable “MRD” leukemia, or relapse with certain high-risk genetics
- Be able to go through the cell-collection process called leucapheresis
- Have adequate strength/function (Lansky/Karnofsky score must be above 50)
- Not have active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV infection
- Not be pregnant or breastfeeding; agree to pregnancy testing and reliable birth control if applicable
