Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with a chronic subdural hematoma or a subdural hematoma that has come back after treatment.
  • You agree to attend follow-up visits for up to 6 months (180 days).
  • You do not have a large stroke, brain tumor, or other brain mass that needs treatment.
  • You do not have a bleeding disorder (INR over 1.8 or platelet count under 80,000).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
