Sac-TMT and KL-A167 for HR+/HER2- Breast Cancer

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that is advanced or has spread.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse while on or within 12 months of finishing a CDK4/6 inhibitor plus hormone therapy.
  • Your cancer tests positive for PD-L1 (a protein that helps cancer hide from the immune system).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and your overall health is good (able to do daily activities).
