TD001 for men with PSMA-positive metastatic prostate cancer

Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostatic Cancer

Part of Cancer, Kidney & urinary clinical trials.

This trial tests a new drug, TD001, in men whose prostate cancer has spread and is no longer responding to standard hormone therapy. It aims to see if TD001 is safe and effective against tumors that show a specific marker called PSMA.

PSMA-targeted radioligand for advanced prostate cancer

This Phase 1/2 trial tests a PSMA-targeted radioligand treatment (a drug that delivers radiation to prostate cancer cells) in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has gotten worse despite standard hormone therapies. It’s designed to see how the treatment works and whether it can help shrink or control cancer, while also studying safety and dosing.

A trial of PSMA-targeted therapy for advanced prostate cancer

This trial tests a new drug combination that uses a radioactive molecule to find and treat prostate cancer cells that have spread and are no longer responding to hormone therapy. It may be an option for men with a specific protein called PSMA on their cancer cells.

NCT07381582Not yet recruiting· Early Phase 1
Radioactive drug for advanced prostate cancer

This trial tests an experimental radioactive drug that targets a protein called PSMA found on prostate cancer cells. It aims to see if this drug is safe and can shrink tumors in men with advanced prostate cancer that has not responded to hormone therapy or chemotherapy.
