Who can take part

  • You must have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatments
  • You should be able to take care of yourself (able to walk and do light activities)
  • You need at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan
  • Your blood counts must be within a certain range (hemoglobin, platelets, and neutrophils)
  • You should have a life expectancy of at least 3 months
  • You must have no other active cancer or serious health problems like uncontrolled infections or autoimmune disease
