Who can take part

  • You had a stroke caused by a blood clot (ischemic stroke) that affects one side of your body.
  • Your stroke happened within the last 3 months.
  • You have some arm or hand weakness but can still move a little (stages 2 to 4 on a recovery scale).
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You can sit up without help and do not have vision problems or serious memory issues.
