Who can take part
- You are between 45 and 80 years old.
- You had a stroke and now have some weakness in your arm and hand, but you can still grip lightly.
- Your arm and hand weakness is at a level 4 or 5 on the Brunnström scale (meaning you have some movement).
- Your disability level is a 3 on the Rankin scale (you need some help but can walk without assistance).
- You have no more than mild spasticity (tightness) in your arm, scored 3 or less on the modified Ashworth scale.
- You must be able to understand instructions and complete a 3-week rehabilitation program.
