Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR mutation (like 19del or L858R).
- The cancer has spread to the lining of the brain (called leptomeningeal metastasis).
- You were treated with a third-generation TKI (like osimertinib, almonertinib, or furmonertinib) and the brain lining disease got worse, but the cancer outside the brain is stable.
- You have a small device under the scalp (called an Ommaya reservoir) for giving medicine into the spinal fluid, or you are willing to have one placed.
- You are generally well enough to handle the treatment, with a Karnofsky score of 70 or above and a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
