- You have advanced or metastatic stomach, colon, or other gastrointestinal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after standard treatments, you can't tolerate them, or no standard treatment is available.

- Your overall health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
