Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic stomach, colon, or other gastrointestinal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after standard treatments, you can't tolerate them, or no standard treatment is available.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your overall health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not had treatment with a drug targeting CDH17 or a similar antibody-drug conjugate before.
