Who can take part
- You must have at least one hidden muscle knot (called a latent trigger point) in the infraspinatus muscle (shoulder blade area).
- You need to be able to read and understand a consent form and agree to participate.
- You cannot be taking any medicines that affect how your muscles work.

- You cannot have conditions like whiplash, dislocations, or fractures, or any nerve problems (such as a pinched nerve).
