Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with liver failure or small-for-size syndrome by your doctor.
  • You agree to receive an injection of cells into your rectus sheath (the muscle layer covering your abdomen).
  • You do not have severe life-threatening diseases in other organs.
  • You do not have an uncontrolled active infection or bleeding.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have known severe allergies to CiPS-derived cell products or blood products.
