Who can take part
- Must be an adult aged 18 or older
- Able to read and understand French
- Must be part of the CARDIAUVERGNE telemonitoring program between January 2023 and December 2024
- Either had heart failure in the past year or have shortness of breath (NYHA class 2 or higher) with high NT-proBNP (at least 1000 pg/mL)
- Must have been removed from telemonitoring by a doctor's decision (not because of choice, death, move, or not following the program)
