Who can take part
- You are 2 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with a common venous malformation, lymphatic malformation, or KTS/CLOVES syndrome that cannot be surgically removed or has not responded to available treatments
- You have at least one target lesion (abnormal growth) that is at least 4 cm in its longest measurement
- You have symptoms from the malformation, such as pain, fatigue, or bleeding/oozing (with specific pain or symptom scores depending on age)
- Your pain from the malformation has been stable for the past month, and you have not needed to change pain medications during that time
- You are willing to use effective birth control (if applicable) during the study and for 90 days after the last dose
