Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and have a diagnosis of ALS (probable or definite).
- You must have had your first muscle weakness symptoms within the last 18 months.
- You must have a caregiver or family member who can help you with the study.
- You must have good lung function (at least 80% of expected for your age and height).
- You cannot have ALS caused by FUS or SOD1 gene mutations.
