Testing NPI-001 for vision in Usher syndrome

Who can take part

  • You must have a diagnosis of Usher syndrome.
  • You need to have a certain amount of healthy retina (at least 500 microns wide) in the central part of your vision in both eyes.
  • You must be able to see at least 20 points on a specialized vision test in at least one eye.
  • You should not have other serious eye conditions that blur vision or make it hard to focus.
  • Women who can get pregnant and men who can father children must use reliable birth control during the study and for 4 weeks after.
