Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have a non-acute (not sudden) subdural hematoma, which is a blood collection pressing on the brain, as seen on a CT scan.
- Your doctor has decided to use a procedure called coiling (placing tiny coils) or other embolic materials to block the blood supply to the hematoma, as part of your standard care.
- You are able to give consent, or a legal representative can do so for you.
