  • You are between 18 and 42 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease (NAFLD) by an ultrasound or other scan
  • You can read and understand questionnaires
  • You do not have chronic viral hepatitis B or C
  • You do not have major mental health conditions like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have diabetes/thyroid problems
