Who can take part
- Your leukemia or lymphoma (T-ALL or T-LBL) has come back or not responded to at least one round of chemotherapy (if you are 18 or older) or two rounds (if under 18).
- Your cancer cells must have a protein called CCR9 on their surface (checked by a lab test).
- If you have lymphoma (T-LBL), you must have tumor that can be measured by scans or exams.
- You must be generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 2 or less for age ≥10, or Lansky score >50% for age <10) and not have active GVHD after a prior stem cell transplant.
- You cannot have active cancer in the brain/spinal cord, uncontrolled infections (like hepatitis B/C, HIV), serious heart or organ problems, or be pregnant/breastfeeding.
