Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with moderate-to-severe asthma for at least 12 months
- You use a combination inhaler (steroid plus long-acting bronchodilator) every day for at least 2 months
- Your lung function test shows FEV1 between 50% and 80% of what is normal for you
- You have had at least one asthma attack in the past year that required steroid pills or a hospital/ER visit
