Who can take part

  • For healthy volunteers: you must be 18 to 40 years old.
  • For Alzheimer's participants: you must be 50 to 85 years old.
  • You must have a body mass index (BMI) within a certain range (19–26 for healthy, 17–35 for Alzheimer's).
  • If you have Alzheimer's, you need a study partner who can join you.
  • You must not have had cancer in the last 5 years (except some minor skin cancers).
  • You cannot have other major brain disorders or recent strokes.
