Who can take part
- You are a Singapore citizen or permanent resident aged 21 or older.
- You have stage 5 kidney disease and are currently on dialysis.
- You have had a recent health decline that might be life-limiting, or trouble with dialysis, or two or more unplanned hospital stays for kidney problems in the last 6 months, or are under palliative care, or have poor physical function.
- You are able to speak and read English, Mandarin, or Malay.
- You agree to have your conversations audio-recorded for the study.
- You are not seriously ill with a mental health condition or cognitive impairment, and you have not already had a serious illness conversation with your healthcare team.
