Who can take part
- You are having heart surgery through a cut in the center of your chest (sternotomy).
- You have atrial fibrillation (AF) that comes and goes, stays, or is long-lasting, and you've had it for less than 5 years.
- Your left atrium (a heart chamber) is not too large, with a volume under 60 ml per square meter of your body size.
- You are an adult (18 or older) and agree to have your data collected for this study.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or under legal guardianship.
