Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with carotid artery plaque (a cholesterol buildup in the neck artery).
  • You have abnormal blood lipids (high cholesterol or high triglycerides).
  • You have a Traditional Chinese Medicine pattern called Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis (often includes chest tightness or fixed pain).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are generally stable and able to communicate clearly.
