Who can take part

  • You are between 30 and 60 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with grade I or II supraspinatus tendinitis (a shoulder tendon problem that hasn't progressed to tearing or bone spurs).
  • Your shoulder pain has lasted more than 3 months and you have taken pain relievers like ibuprofen or naproxen prescribed by your doctor.
  • Your height and weight give you a BMI between 18.5 and 29.9 (meaning you are not underweight or obese).
  • You do not have severe shoulder damage like full tendon tears, bone spurs, past shoulder surgery, joint instability, or a fracture.
