Testing a continuous infusion of a treatment for traumatic brain injury

Who can take part

  • You are in the intensive care unit (ICU) after a traumatic brain injury.
  • Your Glasgow Coma Scale score is 12 or less (meaning you are not fully awake).
  • Your doctor has decided to place a monitor to measure pressure inside your skull.
  • You can be included within the first 12 hours after that monitor is placed.
  • You or a family member can give consent, and you have national health insurance.
