Who can take part
- You are a stroke survivor aged 18 or older
- Your stroke was confirmed by a brain scan (CT or MRI)
- You have mild to moderate stroke symptoms (NIHSS score less than 6)
- You can walk with some help (MBI score greater than 9)
- You can think clearly (MoCA score greater than 14)
- You have a mobile phone and a family caregiver who lives with you
- You can read, write, and communicate
