Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have multiple myeloma that has returned or not responded to at least 2 prior treatments, including a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulator.
- Your myeloma shows signs of progression, and you have measurable disease (like high protein levels in blood or urine).
- Your myeloma cells have BCMA on them (a protein the treatment targets).
- You are generally in good health, with adequate blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function.
- You have not had certain prior treatments (like BCMA-targeted therapy or a stem cell transplant recently).
