Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments, including a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulatory drug.
- Your myeloma cells have BCMA or GPRC5D on their surface (this will be checked on a bone marrow sample).
- You have measurable signs of myeloma, such as a certain level of M-protein in blood or urine, or enough plasma cells in bone marrow.
- You are generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your major organs (like heart, kidneys, liver, lungs, and blood counts) are working well enough.
