Who can take part

  • You are a woman diagnosed with fibromyalgia by a doctor.
  • Your fibromyalgia medications have been at the same dose for at least 4 weeks.
  • You have had at least moderate pain (4 or more on a 0-10 scale) for more than 3 months.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 39.9.
  • You have high blood pressure that is well-controlled with medication.
  • You can speak and read Spanish fluently.
