Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with chronic widespread pain or fibromyalgia
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 35 or lower
- Your pain has lasted at least 3 months and is on both sides of your body, above and below the waist
- You have been on stable medications for pain for at least 1 month
- You do not have any major medical conditions like epilepsy, stroke, or heart disease
